As an existing Vision Asia subscriber, you stand to benefit from our value-added services to further enhance your Vision Asia experience. please note that our customer service operating hours have been extended to further accommodate your concerns. Our Customer Service representatives may be reached via phone at 0508 933 546 during the operating hours of 9am to 7pm (Monday through Friday) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. Transfer of Subscription

 

For subscribers who wish to transfer their existing Vision Asia connection to other parties you will need to submit the Authority form providing us with the new customer’s details, along with completed direct debit authorisation form from the new customer. Please note that relocating your dish, decoder, and smartcard to new customer’s location will be arranged by either of you.

Please note if  the new customer wishes to pay monthly subscription through bank account then we do need original direct debit authorisation form; Please post it on P. O box 27292, Mt.roskill, Auckland-1440

Please note unless Vision Asia receives completed direct debit authorisation form from new customer the previous customer’s account will keep getting debited.

Account/Payment Detail Updates

 

For subscribers who wish to update their payment details, Change of credit card or Bank Account, New Direct Debit Authorization form is needed to be completed and submitted to Vision Asia. If you are paying through credit card you can send us the updated form with your signature via fax (at 09 6294852) or via e-mail at support@visionasia.co.nz

Temporary Suspension Of Vision Asia Subscriptions

 

This value added service is for subscribers who are going away on holiday, or who need their service suspended for any other reason.

An account may be suspended for up to four months in one calendar year. We need a written notice of 7 days, so your monthly subscription will be amended to $15 per month.

In order to use this service, subscribers need to complete and submit the Suspension of Account form at least 7 days prior  to Vision Asia via fax (at 09 6294852) or via email at support@visionasia.co.nz

Disconnection of Vision Asia Subscriptions

 

Subscribers who wish to disconnect their Vision Asia services will need to provide 30 days written notification by completing and submitting the Disconnection of Services form to Vision Asia via fax (at 09 6294852) or via email at support@visionasia.co.nz.

Additional Connection
